Calculation example: 20 employees of your company want to use VivaCloud and have registered with VivaCloud. ALL 20 users should be able to work online at the same time. In this case, you only need 20 user licenses for NAMED users.

Calculation example: 100 employees of your company want to use VivaCloud and have registered with VivaCloud. However, in reality, no more than 10 are ever online at the same time. In this case, you only need 10 user licenses for SIMULTANEOUS users (instead of 100 named users).
