The HÜ! Routine 1.1 is live online coaching and contains more in-depth information on your HÜ! Level. It's available as a single or group offer for up to 12 participants.

I designed my HÜ! Routines based on the corresponding HÜ! Level. You’ll learn how I continually deepened my HeilÜben exercises in everyday life, using my routines and adapting them to new challenges. As I found answers to questions that continued to arise after my rheumatoid arthritis ended, keeping new routines free of harmful habits was a priority.

With my prior experience with the HeilÜben exercises, I can now seamlessly incorporate new elements of exercise and relaxation into my routines and stay healthy.

HÜ! Routine 1.1 is based on HÜ! Level 1.1: By increasing our awareness of the connections between our physical sensations, movements and posture, tension and relaxation, and emotions and thoughts, we can intentionally use this awareness to further develop our skills.

As part of HÜ! Routine 1.1 HÜ! meets and HÜ! Fitness enriches our sessions with the following topics:

HÜ! meets ATM, awareness through movement (according to Feldenkrais)

HÜ! Fitness focuses on: hands & wrists, arms & elbows, shoulders & neck, and their role in

propping and pulling ourselves up,

grasping, turning, and rotating,

for strength, mobility, and keeping lithe nerves,

in static and dynamic stretching.

Our live online coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. After you make a reservation in our booking calendar, you will receive a Zoom invitation link via email. You will then have two hours to confirm your reservation by completing the purchase below. Click here for more information on using Zoom.

Refund policy
Private customers are eligible for a refund up to 60 days from the purchase date. To request a refund, open the order confirmation email you have received from support@digistore24.com after your purchase, and click on “Do you have a question concerning the order or the product? Find immediate help here:”.

If you are still within the time frame*, you’ll know see the option Question about the payment displayed.

From there on, just follow these simple steps:

State the reason for your request, and confirm via Request a refund.
Next, you’ll be asked to submit a declaration of destruction (stating that you will delete or destroy everything you have received as a result of the purchase) which will be sent to your email address. Should you agree, click OK.

You’ll then receive an email containing the link to the destruction declaration. Read the declaration and implement the measures described. Then tick the box and click on OK in the browser message.

Click on Process refund and then on OK.
You will usually be refunded the amount paid within 10 working days into the account you used to make the payment.
