

Refund policy
Private customers are eligible for a refund up to 60 days from the purchase date. To request a refund, open the order confirmation email you have received from support@digistore24.com after your purchase, and click on “Do you have a question concerning the order or the product? Find immediate help here:”.
If you are still within the time frame*, you’ll know see the option Question about the payment displayed.
From there on, just follow these simple steps:
State the reason for your request, and confirm via Request a refund.
Next, you’ll be asked to submit a declaration of destruction (stating that you will delete or destroy everything you have received as a result of the purchase) which will be sent to your email address. Should you agree, click OK.
You’ll then receive an email containing the link to the destruction declaration. Read the declaration and implement the measures described. Then tick the box and click on OK in the browser message.
Click on Process refund and then on OK.
You will usually be refunded the amount paid within 10 working days into the account you used to make the payment.
*Please note, that the period in which you are eligible for a refund might be restricted should you have agreed to such a restriction on the order form. For more information click here.
