This group is intended for team coaches who work with teams in organisational systems and want to reflect on team dynamics, stakeholder complexity, contracting, and role clarity in their team coaching practice.
Format & Structure
Group supervision available in English.
• 30-minute individual intake (1:1)
• 4 online group sessions (2 hours each)
• Small, confidential supervision group
• Live via Zoom
• Up to 6 participants
Plus: 1 individual supervision session
- 55 minutes
- Choice of supervisor: Nannette or Katja
- Flexible scheduling, bookable within 6 months after the first group session
